1. The information we collected and used
In the course of your use of the ServiceMobile, we will collect and use the information you provide voluntarily when using the service or the information generated as a result of using the service in the following manner.1.1 When you register for the ServiceMobile, we will collect and use your name, business name, cell phone number, and verification code, which are collected to help you complete the ServiceMobile Enterprise Registration function. The collection and use of cell phone numbers are to meet the real identity information authentication requirements of the relevant laws and regulations. If you don’t provide such information, you won’t be able to log into the ServiceMobile APP and management background and can’t use the ServiceMobile.
1.2 When you use the ServiceMobile, in order to protect your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect your account security, we will collect your ICCID, device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, device identification code device information, application list information, network information, and location-related information and provide them to Merit Interactive Co., Ltd. for the purpose of providing you with message push technology services. Gtc gets MAC and Gtc gets Android ID for generating unique push target ID (CID) and device ID (GID), so as to ensure the accurate delivery of message push and accurate identification of message device. Gtc,com.igexin.push gets the installation list and personal push uses the consolidated link technology for the technical push. When multiple push links of apps are active at the same time on a device, we will randomly merge them into one link to achieve the purpose of saving power and traffic for you. Thus, you need to get the application list information; in addition, we provide an intelligent push function to recommend the push content that better meets your demands through this information so as to reduce the disturbance of useless push information to you.
1.3 When you use the map dispatching and address navigation function of ServiceMobile, in order to get the current location, you need to authorize ServiceMobile to get the GPS location information of your device. Then, we will get your acceleration sensor, gyroscope sensor, and rotation vector sensor so as to assist in determining your location.
1.4 When you use voice input, conversion between voice and text, internal chat voice input, and online customer service voice input, we will collect your voice content, voice or text information to be converted, which is necessary to achieve the above functions.
1.5 You can modify your basic information such as avatar, user name, work status, “Me” address, WeChat, email, cell phone number, password, etc. in your personal information column, which will be uploaded and stored in our server so that you can use such information when you log in to ServiceMobile on other devices. You can also modify and delete such information at any time.
1.6 When you use ServiceMobile’s group chat function, the group chat name, group members, group settings, and chat content information will be stored in our server, which is necessary to achieve this function. Your** avatar, nickname, etc.** will also be displayed to the group members.
1.7 In order to provide you with ServiceMobile’s “shake to call” function, we use an acceleration sensor to identify whether the device is shaking or not.
1.8 When you copy and paste the information in ServiceMobile, we will apply to use your clipboard. We only recognize the content of the clipboard locally and won’t upload the information of your clipboard to our server.
1.9 ServiceMobile will obtain your phone’s permissions and information for the corresponding scenarios, as follows.
· Get the software installation list: when the user needs to jump to the third party to use the map location service, confirm the installation of the third party’s APP so as to facilitate a better way to quickly open the relevant APP to jump to the third party’s APP to view the location information, such as opening Baidu map or Amap navigation
· Get the user’s cell phone number: when the user needs it, quickly dial call out in the ServiceMobile APP. As the user’s unique identification in the enterprise, a cell phone number is used when logging in. If you don’t provide your cell phone number, you won’t be able to use the ServiceMobile APP normally.
· Camera permission: engineers processing work orders to take pictures and upload pictures. If you don’t open the permission, you won’t be able to use the photo upload function.
·Photo permission: engineers processing work orders to choose gallery pictures to upload. If the permission is not opened, you won’t be able to upload the pictures saved on the phone.
·Location permission: engineers processing work orders to get the current location information. Engineers navigate in accordance with the current location, and administrators use the map to send orders to get the engineers’ location.
·Microphone permission: engineers can input content by microphone voice and convert voice content into text input so as to achieve fast filling of work order information.
· MAC address and IMEI permission: record the brand, model, MAC address, IMEI information, IP address, BSSID, SSID, application running list, application installation list of the currently logged-in device, which is used for engineers to receive work order push messages.
· Mobile Security Alliance OAID: mobile intelligent terminal supplementary device identification system and SDK strictly comply with China’s Network Security Law, Data Security Law and Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users and other relevant laws and regulations and Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Specification and other national standards requirements. The SDK won’t actively collect any data; it only gets the following data when called by the APP for local determination. It won’t make any network transfer.
o Device manufacturer, device model, and device brand, which are used to determine the terminal call interface;
o Name of the equipment network operator, which is used to determine the virtual machine environment;
o APP package name, which is used to verify the signature.
· Digital Heaven SDK to obtain the sensor: used to identify whether the device has vibration and whether the device provides you with ServiceMobile’s “shake to call” function.
1.09 For more information about third-party SDKS, please refer to the document 《APP Third-party SDK Description》
1.10 If you contact our customer service, we may request you provide the necessary personal information for identity verification so as to ensure the security of your account. In order to provide services in accordance with your request, after your authorization, the human customer service personnel need to inquire or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will take technical and management measures as far as possible to protect the security and confidentiality of your information, and use it within the necessary scope.
1.11 In addition, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may process your relevant personal information without asking for your authorized consent in the following cases.
a) Necessary for the personal information processor to perform legal obligations or legal duties;
b) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;
c) Necessary to respond to a public health emergency, or to protect the life, health, and property of natural persons in an emergency situation;
d) Deal with your own disclosure or other personal information that has been lawfully disclosed within a reasonable range in accordance with the law;
e) Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
1.12 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service doesn’t inform the processing rules of collecting and using your information in the aforementioned description, we will separately inform you of the scope, purpose, and manner of information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc. so as to obtain your consent.
1.13 In order to ensure the security of the services and to help us have a better understanding of the operation of our applications, we may record the relevant information such as how often you use the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We don’t process the information we store in our analytics software in conjunction with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.
1.14 If we use your personal information beyond the purposes for which you have authorized it and to which it is directly or reasonably related, we will again inform you and ask for your consent before using your personal information.
In addition, we will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations and require the third party to safeguard the legality of the information they provide.
2. Storage of information
2.1 The place where the information is stored
We will only store the personal information we collect about you within the territory of China in accordance with the laws and regulations. At present, we don’t have any circumstances of storing your personal information across the border or providing personal information to foreign countries. If there is a need for cross-border data transfer, we will clearly inform you separately (including the purpose of data exit, recipient, usage and scope, the content of use, security measures, security risks, etc.) and obtain your authorized consent. We will ensure that the data recipient has sufficient data protection capabilities to protect your personal information.
2.2 The storage life of information
In general, we will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose and for the retention period specified by laws and administrative regulations.
We judge the storage life of personal information based on the following criteria.
Fulfil the purpose of the transaction related to you, and maintain the corresponding transaction and business records to respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
Ensure the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;
Whether you agree to a longer retention period;
In accordance with the demands related to the limitation of action.;
Whether there are other special agreements or legal or regulatory requirements regarding the retention period.
After the retention period is exceeded, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
In the event that our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by push notification, announcement, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time. (The term “anonymization” in these guidelines refers to the process of technically processing personal information in such a way that the personal information agent can’t be identified and the processed information can’t be recovered. The information obtained after the anonymization of personal information is not personal information.)
3. Information security
We strive to safeguard the security of user information against loss, misuse, falsification, unauthorized access, or disclosure.We will use various security protection measures within a reasonable level of security to safeguard information. For example, we will use encryption technology (e.g., SSL), de-identification, and anonymization processes to protect your personal information.
We enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device side to prevent leakage of your personal information by means of continuously improving technology. For example, we may encrypt some information locally on your device for secure transmission; we may learn information about applications installed on your device, information about running processes or data hosted in your device’s memory to prevent viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs and websites; we may analyze and make use of data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, location information, etc. so as to prevent fraud, account theft, impersonation of others and other unlawful acts and to conduct security checks for security measures or security alerts, etc.
We will establish special management systems, operating procedures and organizations so as to safeguard information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
In the event of a security incident such as personal information leakage, we will initiate emergency plans and remedial measures to prevent the security incident from expanding, and fulfill the relevant reporting and notification obligations in accordance with the law.
At present, ServiceMobile has passed the national network security level protection (Level 3) classification, filing and annual assessment, and has met the requirements of international authoritative certification standards such as ISO27001 and international information security management system in terms of information security.
We will do our best to protect your personal information. We also hope you understand that no security measures can be invulnerable.
4. Information sharing
4.1 We won’t share information that can be used to identify you personally with our partners unless we have a clear mandate from you.4.2 In order to ensure that some of the independent functions are implemented so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, we may embed third-party SDKs in our applications and we will carefully evaluate the purpose of using such SDKs. For more information about the purpose, manner, and scope of processing personal information by SDKs, you can see the 《APP Third-party SDK Description》 for details.
5. Your rights
During your use of ServiceMobile, in order to make it easier for you to access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, as well as to protect your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information and to cancel your account, we will provide you with corresponding operational settings in our product design, which you can refer to the following guidelines for operation. In addition, we have also set up channels for complaints and requests for explanations, and your comments and requests will be dealt with promptly.5.1 Access to personal information: access to basic information such as avatar, user name, work status, WeChat, email, cell phone number, etc.

5.2 Correction of personal information: change your avatar, user name, work status, “my” address, WeChat, email, cell phone number, password, and other basic information.

4)Enter the old password, enter the new password, confirm the new password, and finish the modification.
5.3 Delete personal information
You can delete part of your information through the path of “ServiceMobile App - Me - Click on avatar” or request to cancel your account to delete all your information.
In the following cases, you can request us to delete your personal information by contacting our customer service;
If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
If our handling of personal information is in serious violation of the agreement with you;
If our processing purposes have been achieved, if our processing purposes can’t be achieved, or it is no longer necessary for us to achieve the processing purposes;
If we stop providing products or services, or if the retention period has expired.
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify the agents from whom we have obtained your personal information, if possible, and ask them to delete it promptly (unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or if the information agents have independently obtained your authorization).
Once you or we have assisted you in deleting the relevant information, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system due to applicable legal and security technical restrictions. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be erased or anonymized.
5.4 Change the scope of authorization
You can give or withdraw your authorization consent by logging into the mobile client and setting it up in “Me - Dedicated Customer Service”, or by contacting ServiceMobile Customer Service, or by changing the settings of your smart mobile device (you can change or withdraw your authorization in “Me - Settings – Privacy” of the mobile client app). For the authorization that you can’t set directly by the above means, you can contact customer service to make changes. However, please note that we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of your authorization for some types of personal information, such as information necessary to fulfill the basic functions of ServiceMobile, or information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under laws and regulations. After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization won’t affect the processing of personal information that we have previously carried out based on your authorization.
5.5 Cancellation of account
Click on “Me” after entering ServiceMobile;

Click on “Cancel Account” to cancel.
Note: After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of the Network Security Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations; after the necessary retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
5.6 Complaints report
(1) After entering ServiceMobile, click on “Me”.
(2) Click “Complaints Report” to fill in the report information.
6. Changes
We may revise these guidelines from time to time. When there are significant changes to the terms of the guidelines, we will show you the changed guidelines in a push notification, pop-up window, or other appropriate forms that meet legal requirements when you log in and update the version.We attach great importance to the protection of the personal information of minors. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the ServiceMobile. If you are the guardian of a minor, please contact us through the contact information in Chapter 9 when you have questions related to the personal information of the minor under your guardianship.
8. Other
8.1 This Agreement is a general Privacy Agreement that applies uniformly to ServiceMobile, and the user rights and information security safeguards set forth therein are applicable to ServiceMobile users. If there is any inconsistency or contradiction with these guidelines, please refer to these guidelines.8.2 In some specific services or functions of ServiceMobile, we may also inform you of the purpose, manner, or scope of handling personal information through interactive copy, product interface or pop-up windows, etc. If the content of the separate information is inconsistent with these guidelines, the content of the separate information shall prevail.
