The purpose of collecting and using such information is to help you complete the enterprise registration function of ServiceMobile. The purpose of collecting and using mobile phone number is to meet the requirements of real identity information authentication of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to log in ServiceMobile APP and the management background, and you will not be able to use ServiceMobile service; 1.2 When you use the service of ServiceMobile, in order to ensure your normal use of our service, maintain the normal operation of our service, improve and optimize our service experience and ensure the security of your account, we will collect your ICCID, device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, device identification code device information, application list information, network information and location related information to Daily Interaction Co., Ltd., for providing you with technical services of message push. For more details, please visit the "Privacy Policy of Push Notification". 1.3 When you use ServiceMobile's map delivery and address navigation functions, you need to authorize ServiceMobile to obtain your device's GPS location information in order to obtain your current location. We will obtain your acceleration sensor, gyroscope sensor and rotary vector sensor to assist in determining your location; 1.4 When you use voice input, voice-to-text conversion, internal chat voice input, online customer service voice input, we will collect your voice content, the voice or text information to be converted, which is necessary for the implementation of the above functions. 1.5 You may modify your profile picture, user name, working status, my address, WeChat, email, mobile phone number, password and other basic information in your personal information column. These information will be uploaded and stored in our server for your use when you log in to ServiceMobile on other devices. You may also modify or delete such information at any time. 1.6 When you use the group chat function of ServiceMobile, the group chat name, group members, group settings, chat content information will be stored in our server, which is necessary to realize this function. Your avatar, nickname and other information will be displayed to group members. 1.7 To provide you with the ServiceMobile Xiao Bao shake-to-call function, we use an acceleration sensor to identify whether the device is shaking. 1.8 When you copy and paste information in ServiceMobile, we will apply to use your clipboard. We will only recognize the content of your clipboard locally and will not upload the information of your clipboard to our server. 1.9 ServiceMobile will obtain the permission and information of your mobile phone for the following scenarios: Obtain the list of software installation: when users need to jump to a third party to use the map location service, confirm the installation of the third-party APP, so as to quickly open the relevant APP to jump to the third-party APP to view the location information in a better way, such as opening Baidu Maps or Amap navigation Obtaining user's mobile phone number: when the user needs, the user can quickly call out in ServiceMobile APP. The mobile phone number is used as the user's unique identity in the enterprise and is used for login. If the user does not provide the mobile phone number, ServiceMobile APP cannot be used normally. Camera permission: when engineers process work orders, they cannot use the function of taking and uploading photos if the permission is not enabled; Photo permission: when the engineer processes the work order, he/she can select the gallery to upload pictures. If the permission is not opened, the pictures saved in the mobile phone cannot be uploaded. Location authority: Engineers process work orders to obtain current location information, and navigate according to current location. Administrators use the map to send orders and obtain the location of engineers. Microphone authority: Engineers can input content through the microphone, which will be converted into text input to realize the rapid filling of work order information; MAC address and IMEI permission: record the brand, model, MAC address, IMEI information, IP address, BSSID, SSID, application running list, application installation list of the currently logged-in device, which is used for engineers to accept work order push messages; Mobile Security Alliance OAID: The mobile intelligent terminal supplementary equipment identification system and SDK strictly abide by China's "Network Security Law", "Data Security Law", "Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecom and Internet Users" and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as "Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specifications" and other national standards. SDK will not actively collect any data, only when the APP is called to obtain the following data for local judgment, and will not transmit any network: Device manufacturer, device model, device brand, used to determine the terminal call interface Network Operator Name of the Device used to determine the virtual machine environment APP package name, used for signature verification Digital Heaven SDK acquisition sensor: used to identify whether the device has vibration and provide you with ServiceMobile Xiao Bao shake to wake up function; 1.10 If you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification to ensure the security of your account. In order to provide services according to your appeal, after your authorization, human customer service personnel need to inquire or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will take technical and management measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information as far as possible and use it within the scope of necessity. 1.11 In addition, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may process your personal information without your authorization in the following cases: a) necessary for the personal information processor to perform its statutory obligations or duties; b) necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are a party; c) necessary to respond to a public health emergency or to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons in an emergency; d) to handle your personal information which you have disclosed or which has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with the law; e) Other circumstances provided by laws and administrative regulations. 1.12 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. Our product uses DCloud, a digital paradise SDK (uni-app (5+ App)), during the application operation, we need to collect your device's unique identification number (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID, SD card data) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, to provide better services for users. 2. Storage of information

2.1 Where information is stored In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations we will only store the collected personal information about you within the territory of the People's Republic of China. At present, we do not have the scenario of cross-border storage of your personal information or providing personal information to overseas. If it is necessary to transmit data across the border, we will clearly inform you separately (including the purpose of data exit, recipient, use method and scope, use content, security measures, security risks, etc.), and obtain your authorization and consent. We will ensure that the data recipient has sufficient data protection capacity to protect your personal information. 2.2 Term of Information Storage Generally speaking, we will only retain your personal information for the time necessary for the purpose and the retention period prescribed by laws and administrative regulations; We judge the storage period of personal information mainly based on the following criteria: 1. 3. Information security

We strive to provide assurance for the security of users' information to prevent loss, improper use, tampering, unauthorized access or disclosure. We will use various security measures within a reasonable level of security to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption technology (e.g. SSL), de-identification, anonymization and other means to protect your personal information. We constantly improve the security capability of the software installed on your device to prevent the disclosure of your personal information. For example, we will complete the encryption of part of the information on your device for secure transmission; in order to prevent viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs and websites, we may know the application information installed on your device, the running process information or the data hosted in the memory of your device; in order to prevent fraud, stealing numbers, impersonating others and other illegal behaviors and conduct security inspection, we may analyze and use unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, location information and other data for the purpose of taking security measures or providing security reminders. We have established special management systems, operating procedures and organizations to ensure the security of information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who have access to information, require them to abide by confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits. In case of security incidents such as personal information leakage, we will initiate emergency plans and remedial measures to prevent the expansion of security incidents, and fulfill relevant reporting and notification obligations in accordance with the law. At present, ServiceMobile has passed the national network security level protection (level 3) classification, filing and annual evaluation, in terms of information security has reached ISO27001, international information security management system and other international authoritative certification standards requirements, and has obtained the corresponding certification. We do our best to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measures can be foolproof.

4. Information sharing

4.1 We will not share information that can identify you personally with our partners unless you expressly authorize us to do so. 4.2 To ensure the implementation of some independent functions and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, we will embed SDKs of third parties in the application, and we will carefully evaluate the purpose of using such SDKs. 5. Your rights During the use of ServiceMobile

In order to make it more convenient for you to check, copy, correct and delete your personal information, and guarantee your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information and cancel your account, we provide you with corresponding operation settings in the product design. You can refer to the following guidelines for operation. You may request us to delete your personal information by contacting our customer service team in the following situations: 1. If our actions in handling personal information violate laws and regulations; 2. If we collect or use your personal information without your express consent; 3. If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you; 4. if our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary for the purpose; 5. If we cease to provide the product or service, or the shelf life has expired. If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify, as far as possible, the subjects from which we have obtained your personal information and request them to delete it promptly (unless otherwise required by law or regulation or these subjects have independently obtained your authorization). After you or we assist you to delete the relevant information, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from the backup system due to applicable legal and security technology limitations. We will safely store your personal information and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized. 5.4 Change the scope of authorization You can grant or withdraw your authorization consent by logging into the mobile client, setting it in "My-Exclusive Customer Service", contacting ServiceMobile customer service, or changing the settings of your smart mobile device (you can change and withdraw your authorization in "My-Settings-Privacy" in the mobile client APP). For the authorization that you cannot directly set through the above means, you can modify it through customer service contact, but please note that for some types of personal information, such as the information necessary to realize the basic functions of ServiceMobile or the information necessary for us to fulfill the obligations prescribed by laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. 7. Protection of minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardian before using ServiceMobile service. If you are the guardian of a minor, when you have questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Chapter 9.

8. Others

8.1 This Agreement is the general privacy terms uniformly applicable to ServiceMobile, and the user rights and information security measures stipulated therein shall apply to ServiceMobile users. In case of any inconsistency or contradiction with this Guidelines, this Guidelines shall prevail. 8.2 Under certain specific services or functions of ServiceMobile, we may also separately inform you of the purpose, method or scope of processing personal information through interactive copy, product interface or pop-up window, etc. If the contents separately informed are inconsistent with this Guidelines, the contents separately informed shall prevail.
