Introduction to Smart Reports

Manage Report Metrics Page

Select Manage Dimensions and click the title to switch. After moving the mouse over the prompt icon of an indicator, check the meaning of the icon. Click [View Details] to enter the chart browsing page of the indicator.

Chart Viewing Page

On the chart page of the report, the page is divided into the left navigation bar, the indicator definition description area, the filter query area, the chart display area, and the Drill Down data list area.

  • Click the indicator navigation bar on the left to toggle the viewing of each indicator
  • In the filter area, you can filter Department, ticket type, time period, etc. for each report, and click the search button to query and update the chart in real time
  • In the chart display area, you can click on the Data Point. After clicking, the specific table data will be displayed below the chart for export
  • In the data list area of Drill Down, you can tab the data of each dimension
  • If there is no business data on the current page, you can click the View Sample Data switch to view the sample style

User-defined Report

1. User-defined grouping

Click Create Group -- > Add, delete, change group in the pop-up window

2. User-defined reports

Click Custom Report - > Select Type - > Configure Chart Type and Metrics Settings - > Report Name - > Save
