Service Mobile provides a schedule management module for users. Through the calendar, users can intuitively view the work orders, events, and general schedules of today, this week, and this month. It is convenient for users to manage their own work, modify the scheduled time according to the schedule, and improve work efficiency! At the same time, let the team leader check the work arrangement of the team members conveniently, so that the supervisor can make the team's work plan well and improve the personnel utilization rate!

1 **Schedule management on PC **

The system provides a schedule Kanban to visually view the work schedule and schedule information of yourself and your team: log on to the system and click the schedule management menu on the left to enter the schedule management page. The schedule management page provides modules such as mini calendar, schedule filtering, personnel filtering, view switching, and schedule Kanban to facilitate users to better view and operate the schedule; the following are detailed functional modules on the schedule management page: image.pngimage.png

1.1 ** Schedule description **

What is a schedule: schedule refers to what is planned to be done in a certain period of time. Through schedule management, we can make better use of daily time for work and rest;

Schedule type: ●The schedule types supported by the system include work order, events, and general schedules; ●If you want to view a work order and an event-type schedule in the schedule dashboard, you need to configure both the scheduled start time and scheduled end time in the work order and event template; ●Common schedules can create schedules with different themes and invite participants to participate in the schedules. They can be used in scenarios such as meetings and discussions within a team and organizing activities;

1.2 ** Create schedule **

Method 1: click Create schedule

  • Click Create schedule in the upper-left corner to create a common schedule;

**Method 2: Click schedule dashboard to create **

  • Click the kanban and drag it to select the scheduled time period of the schedule;

  • The Planned time is automatically brought into the new schedule;

**Create a **general ** schedule **

As a new feature of this iteration, the general schedule is different from work orders and events. It is mainly used for team meetings, event schedules, and other scenarios. The following is how to create a general schedule:

  • Select create general schedule through method 1 or method 2, and select the time of the schedule;

  • Enter the topic and description of the schedule;

  • Select participants in the upper-right corner to check whether the participants conflict, so that the creator can adjust the personnel or time in time;

  • You can set reminders before or before the start or end of a schedule and receive reminders before or after the start or end of a meeting

  • You can create schedules repeatedly for scenarios such as weekly or monthly meetings;

1.3 View the schedule

Mini calendar

  • Click the mini calendar on the left to quickly select a date to view the schedule of the day;

  • In the mini calendar, the green dot below the calendar indicates that there is a schedule for the day;

  • You can switch the date by month at the top of the mini calendar;

  • Click the close button to close the mini calendar;

  • Click to select the schedule type option on the left. The selected schedule content is displayed on the schedule dashboard on the right. You can select work orders, events, and general schedules and distinguish them by different colors;

Personal** Calendar and team Calendar**

  • In the statistics personnel column on the left, you can switch between a personal calendar (only view your own schedule) and a team calendar;

  • Click the team calendar and select the person to be viewed in the team. The schedule dashboard on the right side displays the schedule information of the corresponding person in the form of a lane chart.

  • Click the top view switch button to view the daily, weekly, and monthly views;

  • Click the schedule in the schedule dashboard. The schedule details are displayed in a floating window on the right side of the page to display the schedule details;

**1.4 Edit the schedule **

**General schedule editing **

  • Click edit in the upper-left corner of the schedule to enter the general Schedule** ** editing page.

  • You can edit the topics, descriptions, events, participants, reminders, and recreations of a schedule;

**1.5 Cancel the schedule **

Canceling a schedule is only reflected in the General Schedule: ●Click the General Schedule and cancel in the upper-right corner; image.png

  • The canceled schedule will be marked with a hyphen on the schedule. The canceled General Schedule cannot continue;

**1.6 Delete schedule **

Click schedule details. In the upper-right corner, delete the current schedule. Note: 1. When you delete a work order/event schedule, the corresponding work order/event will be deleted at the same time; 2. The general schedule must be canceled before it can be deleted (by the creator). The general schedule deleted by the attendees is invisible only to the attendees; 3. Deleted schedules will not be displayed on the schedule dashboard; image.png

2 **Schedule management on mobile terminals **

2.1 **Create a new schedule **

**Method 1: click create schedule **

  • Click Create schedule in the lower-right corner to create a general schedule;

**Method 2: Click schedule dashboard to create **

  • Press and hold the Kanban with your finger, drag and drop it down, select the scheduled time period of the schedule, and then create a common schedule;

  • Fill in the topics, descriptions, pre-meeting notifications, and repeated schedules of the General Schedule;

  • After viewing the personnel schedule, select the participants and click Create schedule;

**2.2 View the schedule **

**mini calendar view **

  • Drag the date column above the schedule dashboard to expand and close the mini calendar function;
  • After expansion, slide the mini calendar left and right to quickly switch months;
  • A green dot at the bottom of the date indicates that you have a schedule for the day;

  • In the filter in the upper-right corner of the schedule, you can select the types of schedules (work order, events, and general schedules) displayed in the schedule;

  • Click the schedule in the schedule dashboard to open the schedule details page and display the schedule details;

  • Click the work order/event card to view the corresponding work order and event details;

**2.3 Edit the schedule **

  • Click a work order/event schedule click to enter the work ordert details and edit the scheduled start time and scheduled completion time of the work order;

  • Click General Schedule, click details, and then click edit to edit on the edit page;

**2.4 Cancel the schedule **

Canceling a schedule is only reflected in the General Schedule:

  • click General Schedule, click more, click cancel, and cancel the schedule after confirmation;
  • canceled schedules are identified by deletions;
  • the canceled schedule cannot be edited. A prompt message is sent;

2.5 **Delete schedule **

  • Click More on the General Schedule, and click delete (the creator can delete the general schedule in the canceled state, and the participant can delete all the current schedules). After the deletion, the corresponding schedule is not displayed on the schedule dashboard;

3** Calendar dispatch **

After the schedule function is launched, on the work order dispatch page, we provide the calendar dispatch function. Through the "planned start time" and "planned completion time" of the work order, we can distinguish them from the busy hours of the personnel and screen out the idle personnel for dispatch;

  • On the work order assignment page, you can view the "calendar" dispatch button and click to enter the calendar Dispatch (only the "planned start time" and "planned finish time" work order types are supported)

  • At the bottom of the page, the busy status of the personnel at the selected time is displayed. For those who have time conflicts, they are marked with red exclamation marks;

  • After confirming the personnel, click the personnel avatar. In the lower part of the pop-up box, you can select the personnel as the person in charge or The Collaborator. After selecting the personnel, click submit to complete the Dispatch;
