Settlement type

ServiceMobile provides enterprises with different settlement types based on work orders, reward and punishment orders and manual orders. Among them, the settlement entry of the work order is generated through the work order, and the reward and punishment order and the manual order are added manually.

Work Order Settlement Rule Settings

There are two ways to generate settlement entries for work orders: automatically through rules, or manually trigger settlement entries. The settlement automatically generated by the rules is set in [System Settings] - [Settlement Settings] - [Service dealer Settlement]. The settlement amount can be set based on different work order types, Service dealer levels, work order addresses, and product types. Settlement rules can set different expense categories such as man-hour fee, mileage fee and subsidy fee. Different categories can be settled in the same work order, but only one rule can be settled between the same category.

Work Order Settlement

When the settlement rules are set, the settlement rules will be automatically matched after the order is dispatched to the Service dealer. If the settlement rules match, the settlement fee will be automatically calculated. If the settlement rule is not matched, it will not be automatically settled. If more than one settlement rule matches, it will be matched once according to the priority of the settlement rule.

Settlement Order

After the work order has been approved for settlement, you can manage the settlement form in [Financial Settlement] - [Settlement Management] - [Service dealer Settlement]. Select any entry type of Work Order, Reward and Punishment Order, or Manual Order. In the unsettled state, check the item and click Settlement or Batch Settlement to enter the settlement form to confirm the details. In the settlement document details, unsettled work orders, reward and punishment orders, and manual orders can be selected and settled at the same time. The status of the statement is divided into: pending confirmation, pending approval, pending payment, paid and canceled.
