The authority of the service dealer is divided into: the authority control of the service dealer enterprise, and the authority control of the employees under the service dealer.
Service Dealer Enterprise Rights Management
Support tenants to control the permissions of service dealers (non-service dealer employees), the management logic is to complete the setting by setting service dealer permission roles, and then assigning different service dealers with different roles Setting location: [Resource Management] - [service dealer Management] - [service dealer Role Management]
By default, the system configures two types of service dealer permissions for tenants: first-level service dealer and second-level service dealer (you can click the edit button in the upper right corner to edit), and tenants can also create custom service dealer permission roles by creating a new one.
Engineer permission
Tenants support setting different engineer permissions for different service dealers (set through role logic). By default, the system sets two types of roles: service dealer supervisor and service dealer member. After setting the authority of the service dealer, the service dealer supervisor has the maximum authority of the set service dealer by default. For other roles, such as custom roles, the permissions can only be set under the maximum authority of the service dealer.
After setting engineer permissions, in the details of the engineer, by selecting the role corresponding to the engineer, different identities can be given to different roles.
Self-management of service dealer permissions
ServiceMobiles treasure supports the opening of service dealer permissions for service dealers to manage independently. After authorization, service dealers can independently configure roles under the maximum permissions given by tenants and assign them to different engineers.
