Engineer List

In the service provider management list, select the engineer list to view all engineer data. On this list page, you can create a new engineer, engineer real-time map, deactivate, reset password and other functions. image.png

New Engineer

Click the new engineer function in the engineer list to create a new engineer. The engineer uses the mobile phone number as the unique identification code. If the mobile phone number already exists under the name of the internal organization or other service providers, the creation will fail, and the mobile phone number needs to be changed, or the original engineer should be moved to the name of the service provider. image.pngimage.png

If an existing engineer needs to change services, the engineer needs to be removed first. When the engineer is on the list to be assigned, the affiliation of the engineer can be adjusted through the function of restoring the engineer account. The function of restoring the engineer account is in more operations in the service provider details

Lead Manager setting

After creating a service provider, the first engineer added to the service provider will automatically become the main person in charge of the service provider. There are two paths for the replacement of the main person in charge:

  1. The enterprise tenant clicks the button of "Setting the owner and person in charge" in the detailed operation of the service provider to set;
  2. The main person in charge of the service provider clicks "Set the main person in charge" on the homepage of the service provider to set up;

Engineer file management

The system configures default profile data for engineers, including qualification level, authorization content, qualification unfamiliarity, etc. Tenants can also set the information fields of engineer profiles through the form Setting location: [System Management] - [Service Provider Management] - [Engineer Form Configuration]

Engineer account limit

ServiceMobile treasure supports tenants to set a limit on the number of accounts for each service provider. The limit is 100 by default, that is, the number of engineers under the service provider cannot exceed 100. Tenants can modify the limit by limiting the number of accounts in batches, or modifying the number of accounts in the service provider details. The number of engineers that can be created by the service provider is limited by the limited number of accounts of engineers and the number of remaining accounts that can be allocated by tenants. For example, service provider A limits 100 engineer accounts, and the remaining 90 accounts are unused, but only 50 accounts are available for tenants, then the service provider can create up to 50 accounts.
