1. How to create a work order type？
Before using the job function, need to configure the job according to different business types，such as maintenance work order, installation work order, etc Set intersection： 
Configuration steps：
Step1：click the New button，Select a creation method
- create from empty template：blank template，all content needs to be recreated
- create from existing template：copy the configuration content of other job types
- create from industry template：copy from the template provided by service mobile
Step2：Enter the job type name to create it successfully
Step3：Adjust work order configuration items based on service requirements
Step4：Associate add-ons in the job type
- Add-ons are auxiliary tools for managing work orders. You can sort and record updated information of work orders. If you need more add-ons, please add them in work order component management
Step5：Open it
The configured work order type can only be used after it is officially opened
