1. Warehouse Management
- How to configure the warehouse type?
The Service Cloud Warehouse can customize the warehouse type according to the business scale, and supports configurable warehouse levels to realize the management of multi-level warehouses; the system will configure three types of general database, sub-database, and network library by default, and support enabling and disabling;
- Warehouse Management List
- Click warehouse information in [Service Cloud Warehouse] to see the Warehouse Management list; and the warehouse information has permission to manage, only the operators in the warehouse can see the warehouse information, and the system administrator can see all warehouses; Click New to jump to the warehouse new page; and support the import and export of warehouse information;
2. The new warehouse is divided into two steps: the first step is to fill in the warehouse information, fill in the warehouse NO.,the warehouse name, the warehouse type, and create a multi-level Warehouse Management; except for the general warehouse, the other types need to be associated with the superior warehouse; The second step is to configure the warehouse personnel (support skipping this step directly), you can directly add personnel with different roles in the warehouse, and the warehouse builder defaults to the warehouse administrator role;
3. Click Warehouse NO. in the Warehouse Management list to jump to the warehouse details page. In the warehouse details page, the left side is the basic information of the warehouse, the right side is the dynamic log of the warehouse, as well as the Positioning information and personnel information under the warehouse; in the dynamic information, you can view the current number of Documentations to be put into and out of the warehouse;
2. Positioning management
- How to configure Positioning type?
In order to classify and manage the materials in the warehouse, different Positioning can be created in the warehouse; the service cloud warehouse can customize different Positioning types according to different business types. The system will configure good parts warehouse, bad parts warehouse, detection warehouse, and maintenance warehouse by default. Four kinds of Positioning types support enabling and disabling; different Positioning types can be created according to different business needs;
- How to create a new Positioning?
Click on the warehouse details page where Positioning needs to be created, click Positioning information in the tab on the right, you can view all Positioning information under the warehouse, and click New to create a different Positioning; Positioning support is enabled and disabled, if Positioning is disabled, The materials in the disabled Positioning cannot initiate any business application;
3. Material Management
- How to configure the material form?
- **Operation Path: **System Settings - Service Cloud Warehouse Settings - Warehouse Settings - Material Form Settings;
Click on the material form settings, the system default configuration: material NO. material name, material properties, whether SN management as system fields, do not support modification and deletion operations, users can add different controls from the left according to different business;
- Material Management List
- Click on the material information in [Service Cloud Warehouse] to see the Material Management list; click New to jump to the material new page (you need to have the permission to create a new material); and support the import and export of material information (You need to have import and export permissions);
2. Click New, that is, jump to the new material page, fill in the relevant information and save it according to the configured material form.
3. Click on the material ID jump to the material details page. The left side is the basic information of the material, and the right side is the dynamic information related to the material and the replacement information.
4. Replacement management
- How to create a new replacement?
- **Operation Path: **1. Click to enter the material that needs to be replaced to enter the details page - replacement information on the right - new material replacement;
- Click Material Replacement - Material Replacement List - New Replacement in the menu bar on the left;
Select the original material, replacement material, support the search of material name, material ID, and support the configuration of the effective and expiration time and the priority within the valid period; when the expiration time expires, the material replacement rule will automatically expire, and no business Documentation can be initiated;
5. Inventory management
The inventory information of materials in the warehouse can be seen in the inventory management list, where the top supports the search of material ID or name, as well as the screening of warehouse and Positioning, and supports the screening of only available materials; Inventory Status: Inventory status is divided into **total inventory, available inventory, and outbound lock **; outbound lock refers to the amount of material occupied by outbound Documentation; available inventory refers to the amount of material currently available for outbound; total inventory refers to the sum of available inventory and outbound lock;
6. Incoming and outgoing records
The warehousing records of all materials can be managed, searched and exported in a unified manner, and support search and view according to warehouse Positioning;
