Service Project can maintain [Work order] in the ticket.
Service Project
- Click on the left navigation menu [Service Project] - Service Items to enter the service item list page. The user on the page maintains the company's service items. Users can add, delete and modify services on this page.
- New service: Open the new service page, select the service type, and enter the field information such as name and price of the service unit (which can be maintained in the system management-service project settings) to complete the creation.
- Delete: The selected service can be deleted;
- Modification: You can modify the name, unit, sales unit price, and outbound price of the service.
- Export: The function is to export the information of the selected service, while Export All is to export all service information;
- Import: After filling in the service information according to the rules of the import template, upload it to the system to complete the service data import.
Service Item Settings
- In the System Administration - Service Item Settings page, users can perform maintenance on service type, service unit, and service number.
Service record
- This page records the bank statement of the employee using the service in processing the ticket
